The owner and president, Paul Roloff is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida (CGC059281). He has 38 years of experience in the construction industry. Paul’s years of experience have stemmed from the love of woodworking and craftsmanship at an early age. His completion of a four year apprenticeship and on the job experience has strengthened his knowledge and skills of the construction industry. He has taken several college level courses in management and supervision geared solely for contractors. He continues his education by taking courses that enhance new ideas and keeps him current with the building code.
